Return Terms

Purchased products from Shingorciq.am may be returned within 14 days after the purchase by the RA legislation.  

Please read our return policy carefully to know the terms and conditions.

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods if:

• The purchased product has technical problems, improper quality, or an injury being unused.
• The ordered product does not correspond to the description on the website.
• The buyer has changed his mind about the purchase. 

Return procedure

• The buyer can return the purchase if the entire product set and packaging are preserved. 
• The product is not subject to return if the buyer used or damaged it.
• The return process is managed by a specialist from the Shingorciq store, who performs a thorough diagnostic evaluation in advance.

After receiving the purchase, the back delivery is paid.

Order Cancellation Notice

This notice serves to inform you that the Internet store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store")  reserves the right to unilaterally cancel your order due to various circumstances.

The Store reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases, including but not limited to:

1. Unavailability of goods or services: If the product or service for which the order was placed becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to changes in supplies, legislation, or technical malfunctions.
2. Violation of order conditions: If there is a breach of the order conditions by the buyer, including but not limited to incorrectly provided delivery or payment information.
3. Force majeure circumstances: In case of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, civil unrest, and other similar events that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations under the order.
4. Store decision: The Store reserves the right to make a decision to cancel an order at its discretion if it is necessary to protect the Store's interests or due to other circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the order.

The buyer agrees that the Store shall not be liable to them or third parties for any losses or damages arising from the cancellation of the order under this notice.
